Yes, it's an 8-bit programming language.  It exists at various levels of
development, such a SuperPilot.  It allows the programmer to create
professional-looking programs with minimal programing experience.

My advice, get Tutor-Tech from Techware Corporation instead.  It eliminates the
need for programming experience and much of the preplanning.  Using a Mac-style
icon interface, you create hypermedia stacks that can be written in minutes or
