PC to Prodos disk - problems still

Rubywand,

I tried the renaming of a .shk file with an extra .bin on it when downloading 
from IE

This file also checks good on NULIB, but when xferred to the //c+ it shrinkit 
still shows no file names....

"Could" I have a version of Shrinkit on the //c+, that is older than what was 
used to "shrink" the files on the website, and would that account for the 
problem?

I'm not near the apple at the moment, I believe the version of shrinkit is 
2.xx
