It is complicated. Read this:

http://apple2.caltech.edu/apple2/binscii.txt

and download binscii.exe from the same directory. Follow the directions,
and you will be able to extract Shrinkit. Once you are over that hurdle,
you've got it made, Shrinkit is a very useful program that does a lot
more than extract files.
