What software can I run on my Apple II+?

I have no idea what the specs are on this computer.  Only that it is an
Apple II+.   Is there a web site that will tell me the specs on this
computer?  I have tried to find one, but have not had a luck.

Also,  I want to obtain some software, but will ANY Apple II software work
on this thing?   Is some software meant only for the Apple IIe and won't
work on the II+?

A boatload of questions, I know.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
