This does seem to work pretty well. If the ProDOS-order dsk is DOS 3.3 content,
you can copy the files from the dsk to a blank DOS 3.3-order DOS formatted dsk.
If the ProDOS-order dsk is ProDOS content, you can copy the files from the dsk
to a blank DOS 3.3-order ProDOS formatted dsk.
Getting blank DOS and ProDOS formatted DOS 3.3-order dsk's is pretty easy. You
can copy existing DOS 3.3-order dsk files under Windows using Right-click & drag
within the same folder. The copies can be wiped of files using Copy II Plus to get
blanks (of which you can make more copies).
An even easier way to switch dsk ordering (at least running AppleWin) is with
Disk Muncher. If you want to end up with a DOS 3.3-order copy, you stick a DOS
3.3-order dsk into the target drive.
Dos 3.3 or ProDOS formatting of the target dsk does not matter and it does not
need to be blank. The copy will have the formatting and content of the source dsk and
the sector ordering of the target. (Again, this is running AppleWin-- don't know
about other emus.)
