There are several.  Spectrum has both a SHR colour ANSI display as
well as a colour text ANSI display if you have a Second Sight card
installed in your IIgs.  There is also ANSITerm which is supposed to
do ANSI emulation very well, hence the name.  These are both
commercial products.

There is also MegaTerm and ColourTerm that also do colour ANSI
emulation using the SHR screen.  I'm not sure whether these are public
domain, freeware or shareware.

Agate, as I mentioned in another message, does a monochrome ANSI
emulation.

By the way, any program that supports VT100 will put text into the
proper places on screen but the special PC characters won't be
displayed so things can get kind of strange looking.
