Actually most emulators work with .sdk files as long as they are 140k. If
the .sdk files are 800k then you can use nulib to extract the disk format
and the emulator can use it like a hard disk image. Apple PC does this as
well as Apple Oasis and Kegs for Linux. I can't say for sure about the
Mac emulators.
To use shk files you need a way to place them on a disk or hdv image. Again,
Apple Oasis for the PC can do this and Kegs has a utility to accomplish this.
