MIKE, your facts are really damn straight, you've used 3 paragraphs to emphasis
one point.. So what.
Who developed first is not the problem the problem is Xerox didn't have the
vision to see the future.
And well, I doubt that if Bill Gates saw that GUI Xerox developed will
have any
interested, because at that time computer uses Text command to operate
he won't
see the potential of GUI.
Bill Gates want GUI because they see how cool it is on the Mac, and they see
that people like GUI, so they started to develope windows.
