And I reply: Yes, I think it would be great.  Of course I'll have them send me
an email confirmation with the headers.  And, if I amm successful with my
efforts, when I get such - I'll be happy to post it promptly for everybody to
have at as they so desire.  I simply beleive that a telephone conversation with
the proper people at SoftDisk is the most expedient method to get the final
decision validated to my satisfaction and as a first positive step towards my
objectives in making the SoftDisks for the Apple II and IIgs available to the
needs of the A2 community users.

Certainly, in light of history around here, this would demand that
clarification, confirmation and valid proof of any reclassification or even
premission to allow the collections to be made available to the public via any
Internet site as ShrinkIt disk archives, would require
a written notice and email answer to that effect from SoftDisk in an exact copy
with full header - for all to confirm the authenticity of for their own needs.
