	I'm not interested in who did what to whom, but I do want to point 
out that the last two of your prohibitions are unenforceable in the US.  
The Supreme Court has ruled that satires and parodies are protected free 
speech under the 1st amendment.

	Usenet is a trickier creature, but basically if you post to Usenet 
you've implicitly given people the right to quote you in response to your 
public statements (Usenet posts).  You can't legally say that only so and 
so can reply to you.  Basically all you can do to not be quoted in 
replies is not post to Usenet.
