You have to boot a IIgs locally with a network-enabled boot disk (create
a 3.5" boot floppy using the "Network: Local Startup" option under
Customize in the Installer).
Log onto the server as a registered user with full access, and run the
Installer locally. Go into Customize, and installed "Network: Server
Startup" onto the server.
It is probably easier if you have two 3.5" drives, since you can't boot
from the Install disk to do this.
This should be sufficient to allow subsequent network booting of the
IIgs.
