Copyright laws are Civil Law and not Criminal Law. That means that the government is not going to prosecute anyone for a copyright infringement unless a complaint is filed with the proper authorities. It is up to the person(s) who is/are injured to use the law to stop infringements and to collect damages from someone who has violated these laws. Owen
