NEC Spinwriter 350 ELF: Need manual/codes

E-mail has been down for 6 weeks; still no call-in service.  I'm typing
now in a classroom.

My flagship printer, a serial NEC Spinwriter #7715 quit suddenly; it now
just types its self-test endlessly!    (Any suggestions to fix it?)

I've connected a backup printer: 

NEC SPINWRITER # 350 E.L.F.

This is a medium-sized printer, with both serial and parallel ports.  It
has 8 dip switches in the back.

Problem is that I lack the manual, so the printer codes are incorrect.
It skips the first character on the line, and other faults.

Does anyone out there have the MANUAL for this printer?  I'd either buy
the manual, or would pay to get it photocopied.  Or, you could mail the
manual to me and I could photocopy it here and then return it to you.
