Clock Card?

I have an unusual card I am trying to identify.  I pulled it out of a
IIe, and what I find strange is that there is no name on the card.  It
has 5 RCA X CDM6116E2 chips on it, and a host of other, smaller chips.
There are two AAA batteries on it, and what looks kind of like a Disk II
plug in.  What is it?  I can provide a complete list of all the chips on
it if needed.
