Looking back just to the past 3 issues of Shareware Solutions II, it's
obvious that the subject of using high quality HP printers really is an
on-going focus of the newsletter...
In Volume 4, Issue 3, readers learned which HP DeskJet models can be
used on an Apple II, and they learned why certain models are
incompatible.
In Volume 4, Issue 2, readers learned how to create Print Shop-style
greeting cards using AppleWorks GS and how to make those look great
when printed on a DeskJet or LaserJet. That article was presented as a
'step-by-step tutorial.'
In Volume 4, Issue 1, readers were presented with a 4 page article
that's like a "DeskJet Buyer's Guide" with additional information about
using HP DeskWriters, Epsons, and Canon Bubblejets. There was also a
series of questions presented that, depending on each person's answer,
would have led them to the best possible choice of printer, given their
particular situation.
And, that's just what was covered in the last 3 issues! Imagine the wealth
of Apple II information spread across the 21 issues of Shareware Solutions
II published to date.
