This one is a little tougher. You need a little piece of hardware called the
Apple II Video Overlay card. It's a genlock card that synchronizes computer
graphics with video. The program he used could be any paint program.
As for how to aquire one I suppose that maybe Alltech or Sun Remarketing
might have some, but expect a hefty price. I think the last time I saw one
listed it was about $425US which is practically retail.
