I agree, although the above sale price would have made even
more sense had the TransWarp GS been enhanced.  For
example, if the TransWarp GS had been a 16Mhz or 15Mhz
model, there is no doubt that the system would be worth that
much.  TWGS units that run at those top speeds are rare and
the guy who sold the system must have put a lot of time and
effort into getting the best components.  However, even an
12.5Mhz TWGS would be worth quite a lot.

Accelerator cards are rare and they carry value.

It is possible that the buyer emailed the seller and discovered
that this TWGS was a 16Mhz unit.

On the other hand, a dead TWGS is worth next to nothing.
I remember some posts to csa2 a year or more ago where
one user was jumping around about getting two TWGS for
$5 each.  It turns out that NEITHER WORKED!  A working
TWGS is rarely given away.  ;-)
