Well the original post was a system that didn't have all the stuff the $340 system
had. I only posted it here because it had a TWGS, and I presume it was the plain
Jane 7MHz/8K version and last I saw bidding for it was around $91.00. The one that
sold for $340 had a Zip GS presumably 8MHz/32k and it included a 20MB hard drive
with controller I think.
I frequently check out E-bay for the odd rare item that I may want and post here
about it if it's a rare in demand item such as an accellerator. As for my system, I
bought everything new either from a store or through mail order between June 1989
and sometime into 1995. I conservatively estimate that I spent around $30, 000CAN
during that time period on hardware and software and consider that I have quite
the enviable system.
