.BSQ files are BinSCII SQueezed, indicating that the file that was text
encoded has been compressed by another utility, usually shrinkited.
(Derivation may be more related to other software's using .QQ
extensions.) .BSC files are just BinSCII'd. Since most files undergo
some type of compression before being BinSCII'd, .BSQ is more common.
Curiously, the original BINSCII SYS application itself used neither.
