well you can write AppleSoft programs
after you press 'control-reset' .
you wont be able to save them anywhere though
you can also enter in 6502 machine code
at the monitor entered by using the basic command, call -151
there are two main "Disk operating systems" available for the //c
the older system was called "dos 3.3"
you dont want to know about dos 1 or 2 :)
the newer system was called prodos
prodos even had sub-directories (and an ability to make a ram disk)
