Old Apple DOS (was Re: Apple IIc O/S)

Actually, I would like to know about DOS 1 or 2.

If the various Apple II history sources are correct, then the first
public version was DOS 3.0.  I've never seen anything older than 3.2.1,
however.

There is at least one program which patched DOS 3.3 to add support for
an auxiliary memory RAM disk in a IIe.
