   I use one with a IIc but use a Video 7 15-pin adapter which converrts
the signal to RGB from the raw unprocessed signal put out by the IIc
video port.  You will only get 8 colors from the analog circuit and not
the full 16 colors that is available from the digital circuit in the IIc.
As well, the colors will be wrong...ie blue is purple, red and green are
switched etc.

   I use it mainly for the 80 column text screen.
