Well, I've search every public access Apple II ftp site and site mirror for
MIME64.BXY and MARCEL.BXY and I've also searched every Apple II CD-ROM I have. 
I COULD NOT find either of them.  Sorry to report - I don't have them and they
don't seem to be available for download from any public access site ( not even
my own: http://www.grin.net/~cturley/ ).  

It's ashamed you can't properly access either A2 Delphi or A2 Genie, as I'd
suspect both would be available from their archive collections.  It looks like
some other A2 user and kind person will have to help you with obtaining the two
archives: MIME64.BXY and MARCEL.BXY.  Good luck with your quest for them.  
Sorry I couldn't help you more with obtaining them.
