Actually, with respect to StolenBase, it IS available for public access and
download from:

Concerning the other two archives you seek to download, well, I'll have to do
some more searching on the Net to see if I can locate; MIME64.BXY and
MARCEL.BXY for you.
If and when I do, I'll post the urls for them also, so you can go get them.

I hope this one : StolenBASE (which is a very useful and efficient program)

your needs.
