I've gotten a revision 0 to work with ADTPro, using a null cable from
Atlaz, a 25 to 9-pin adapter, and a Prolific USB serial adapter on a
Windows machine. I did have to set the ImageWriter cable setting,
IIRC.

Bootstrapping was unreliable - it would occasionally drop characters.
Setting the pacing to the maximum took care of that, though, and
ADTPro itself works fine at 115200.
