You need to find some way of getting the files onto a floppy disk the Apple
II can use. Without special, unusual hardware, a Windows machine can't do
it. Any Macintosh with a floppy drive that can handle 800K floppies can do
the job. If you don't have access to either of these, and don't already have
the Apple IIGS going, you need to find a physical boot disk.

Local user's groups are one source. If there are none in your area, you can
find boot disks starting at $4 (including shipping) at
http://www.hypermall.com/byteworks. You'll also find tons of other system
software, documentation, programming tools and productivity tools there.
