Quite simply, ProTERM 3.1 from http://www.intrec.com/ and a
modem cable.  Intrec sells both.  Then you will need a modem.
While 1200 is ok, ideally you'd want 9600 or better because
shell account text tends to crawl at 1200.  Just grab a used 14.4k
modem.

ProTERM package contains information on where to find the
right ISP.
