I believe the other part was that Apple was releasing the Mac Classic and LC,
and a number of other "Lower Cost" Macs. With Macs becoming more affordable
the card didn't seem financially viable. I think the performance was supposedly
comparable to a Mac IIci or something like that. It also required a Mac monitor.
