Apple II manual information

Anyone have a complete list of the manuals for the Apple II series of
computers and their peripherals?  I have about 20 (Owner's Manuals, Reference
Manuals, Dos and ProDos manuals, Basic Reference and Tutorial manuals, serial
and parallel card manuals, Disk II and DuoDisk, 80 column card, technical
manuals, etc.) but there are many gaps in the numbering scheme (A2L0xxx and
A2L2xxx) for the books I have, which leads me to believe there are lot more I
don't know about.  I'm always interested in tracking down obscure old
computer manuals -- let me know if you have any info!  Thanks.
