Posting to group from email

Hi again,
Ok, I have successfully posted to this group from my email, but am unable to
figure out how to reply to an article in a thread.  Is/has anybody used usenet
through email and knows how to do this???  Perhaps some usenet graybeards??

ps sorry to test in this group but:
1.) The newsfeed at work only carries comp.* and sci.* so alt.test is imaginary.
2.) I can only read the groups, posting to newsgroups is blocked at the server.
(hence wanting to participate through email)
3.) Using my delphi account (my only other access to usenet) resulted in 47
spams for the 5 articles I posted last year, so I prefer not using that
resource.
4.) This is the group in which I hope to participate
5.) Since apparently NM has departed for good, I hope not to be flamed for
testing here (asbestos skivees nearby just in case :o)
