Here is an abbreviated list based on "The Apple II Circuit Description" by
Winston D. Gayler, ISBN 0-672-21959-X published by Howard W. Sams & Co.
and "Understanding the Apple II" by Jim Sather, ISBN 0-912985-01-1 published
by Quality Software.

Rev 0 - original Apple II motherboard, no power on reset circuit.
Rev 1..6 - color killer added, 2 more HIRES colors, aux video pin added
Rev 7..9 - memory blocks removed, new chargen ROM
RFI   - redesign to reduce RFI

original (non-RFI) part numbers are 820-0001-XX where XX increments from 00.
RFI part numbers are 820-0044-XX where XX includes 01, A..D.

Questionable revisions are 820-0001-0[5689] and 820-0044-[AB] - these may
not exist or may not have been publicly released.
