It is a bit tricky to measure (I don't want to cut up an ADB cable), and
I've never seen any detailed figures quoted.

I seem to recall hearing that the keyboard draws around 100 mA.  I
expect the mouse is somewhat less than this (maybe as low as 50 mA).

The power supply limit for all ADB devices is 500 mA.
