I don't know the answer to this specific question. Why don't you test
it and find out?

The IIgs built-in clock is definitely Y2K compliant. The actual chip
used for the No Slot Clock (the Dallas SmartWatch) is OK, but the driver
could influence this.
As for other cards: no idea.
