     My ISP does not give away its service either; but, then, how you get
onto the net is not at issue.

     Supposedly, the rationale for requiring that users buy a special account
on Delphi to have access to the A2 wares is that keeping them on Delphi costs
money.

     My point is that the software could be placed on open sites which would
not charge anything. There is no need to keep it bottled up and away from
most users.
