More or less correct, the Adaptive Firmware Card is worth its weight in
gold for the disabled. It is an adapter card for a whole range of
peripherals ranging from speech synthesizers for the blind to braile
units to alternate keyboards and pointing devices to scan devices for
controlling the computer with one's eyes. If you don't need the card,
contact Joe Kohn (his web page http://www.crl.com/~joko has contact
info) for a place you can send it where it can help someone in need.
