ADU will partition down to 1/2 meg.

And to run ADU when you only have one drive, create a bootable GS/OS SYSTEM
diskette from the Installation program, to include ADU on it, unless you have a
second Hard Disk drive from which to run ADU.

I am not sure you cannot run ADU from the BOOT drive, and partition your main
drive, but you would not want to, and GS/OS may protect you from doing that.
