Chuck just got the terminology wrong when he first posted the
announcement.

Besides, if there is something you want that Prosel doesn't do, why
not just write a utility to do it?  It can then be easily added to a
users existing installation of Prosel, Orca, GNO/ME, Lisa or whatever.
