Actually, if you look at Glen's email to you, he clearly says Chuck Newby
has all the details.

If you don't trust Chuck, go back and ask Glen to specify about what
versions are in the public domain, whether the text file needs to be
included, etc.  Remember, in your email from Glen, he says to refer to
Chuck Newby for specifics.  Chuck has provided the specifics.
