The reason I posted on comp.sys.apple2 is the port has the same icon above it
as the icon on my half-height apple 2 (5.25") drive. (also same plug)

I know this sounds like a dumbass move but...I plugged the drive into the back
of my mac ][ci, and to my surprise it spun for about 30 seconds then spun down.
I could not get any information to or from the disk(s), but it did seem to recognize
the drive. The docs I have for the drive weren't very helpful and I never got any
books when I bought the mac.

Essentialy, I'm trying to get apple ][ disk images without haveing to set up my
apple and find the zterm disk...I have't touched my apple in years.
(shame on me)
