The PLW LS is a direct connect only printer which lacks Postscript. Those two
things rule out using it on anything but a Mac. At today's prices, you can
buy a PLW NTR for the same $180. That's the top of the line PLW, with local-
talk, a parallel port, PS level 2, and a RISC processor. I have one of those
and it works great with Apple IIs.
