Got one.  In fact, I have the whole software package...a copy of Lisa
COBOL.  Someone heard that I had a Lisa, and sent it to me, still in the
shrink wrap.

Unfortunately, the software turned out to be on Twiggies, for the Lisa. 
My machine is a Lisa 2/5.

(which, by the way, hit the "Y2K" brick wall on 01/01/1996)
