The URL shown is an archive of Nathan's FAQs.  I intend to also put
up the ones compiled since Nathan left, but have not done so yet.

I maintain www.gno.org.  I just checked that URL from an external 
site and had no problems reaching it.  Could you be more specific
as to what kind of error you were seeing?  Were you trying to view
the index page at the above URL, or were you trying to follow one
of the links on it?

It would be better if you contacted me directly in email on this matter.
