Yet another helpful item of information would be to know what the Macintosh
filetypes are for the various ProDOS types.  For example, the PRODOS and
BASIC.SYSTEM files are type PSYS and creator pdos.

I know some binary files are BINA/pdos and text files are, of course, TEXT/pdos,
but what about EXE files or BAS files, etc.?  That could help.

I think Apple definitely had this card in mind for Apple ][ gurus who had original
floppy disks to play with.  They're a little scarce today  :-)
