Hi, that card is a frame grabber. Think of it as the IIGS version
of the Snappy device for Windows PCs.
You plug a video input, such as VCR or broadcast, into the RCA
in jack. Run the software. When you see something you want
captured (no need to pause the tape), zap and the video becomes
a graphic.
The card is cable of 12-bit color (4096 colors). This raw format
can't, of course, be directly displayed through the IIGS video.
However, various programs can convert the raw files to
3200 color pictures, which the IIGS can display.
