UPS is the most expensive way to ship to Canada. They charge the 
reciever a $25 fee just to fill out the tax form. That's on top 
of shipping and taxes. To add injury to insult their bussiness 
hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday , closed weekends. All other 
carriers are much cheaper & faster even regular mail.
