There is another possible solution to all these wants for the Apple II.
We could find out more about interfacing existing I/O cards (Mac, IBM,
etc) to the Apple Bus and write drivers for them.  This would satisfy
all wants potentially.  We could SVGA, Ethernet, USB, and anything else
that would is already exists.  I have searched and found one location
that talked about interfacing an IBM super I/O controller to the Apple
II and am looking at it.  I am also currently learning about 6502/65816
programming in assembler so doing it myself will take a while unless
others are interested.
