Can't you just find out the volume numbers from the NIB, then format a
set of disks in DOS with the right volume numbers and use that to
receive your DSKs in ADT? And if you upload the DSK files anywhere, just
store the volume numbers in the file name, so people can format their
disks the right way. Not the ultimate in convenience, but quite
workable, I should say.
