This should not be too hard to fix. Use a block editor (like Block
Warden, Block Works, ProSel-16's ZAP, ...) to find and modify the name
on the disk.
You can do a Search of the disk's blocks for, say, SYS$.IMG and,
once found, edit the block so that the new name is something like
SYS1.IMG.
