This was the Apple Scribe. In its day it was actuaully ahead
of its time. It provided color printing or B&W printing at a
very affordable price. It cost less than the IW2. Unfortunately,
the ribbons were one pass since they transferred the wax-like
ink from the ribbon to the paper. Also, the color ribbons had
alternating stretches of the 4 major colors...so, color printing
used these ribbons up very fast.
