Hey all- through the magic of the internets, I was just now able to
track down a very hard to find game thanks to the wonderful community
on here:

Now, as I finish up this research, I'm still uncertain as to whether
or not there were other versions of it. The one I have is called
Monsters and Make Believe 1.1. I've seen some material that
references a Monsters and Make Believe Plus and a Monsters and Make
Believe Art Album, but am uncertain what the connection is and whether
or not they existed.
Anyone here ever seen this or, even better, own them and could help me
out??
